Hello my names Anne Marie. I’m a fully qualified Reflexologist and Reiki practitioner.
I feel deeply passionate about holistic healing; healing the mind and body as well as the spirit. The everyday stresses and strains of life can disrupt the normal workings of our wonderfully designed bodies and can cause illness, pain and disease, even someone else’s stresses and problems can have an effect on your body.
Using reflexology and reiki energy I want to help you to rebalance and heal your body. When your body is in optimum condition anything you want to do is possible, your life is yours to create.
Helping people to change and watching them make a difference to their lives is a real privilege and is something that I really love.
Keeping myself up to date on all the latest therapies and techniques is a passion of mine, I love nothing more than attending a new course and learning new techniques. I’m a bit of a book worm too so I’m often found reading fabulous articles on the latest research.
