Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Chloe Spence

Beginners Yoga 4 week course  7.15pm - 8.15pm



This yoga class is suitable for beginners, covering a range of movements and practices that you take to your own individual level. No previous experience needed, this is for anyone, flexible or 'stiff as a board'.

Booking essential, bring a mat and wear clothing that is comfortable to move freely in.

   

Max in class: 10. £8 per class or £30 for a 4 week class pass.

Hey I’m Chloe, 


I graduated from my first 200hr teacher training in June 2021 and  have been delivering weekly classes ever since. I absolutely love every part of this journey and sharing with you my passion, knowledge and pure love for yoga and all that it is about.


My personal practice began back in 2017 around the same time I got into mindfulness and meditation. I found that these new habits I intertwined into my daily routines really helped me to feel grounded, clear headed and gave me a huge sense of appreciation for not only  myself but others and Mother Earth. 


What I want to bring to my yoga classes is a sense of connection, appreciation and calm, teachings and habits that will benefit you both on and off the mat.
