Well Woman yoga classes are crafted to support women through all
phases of life helping to manage stress levels and fluctuating
hormones throughout menstruation, perimenopause, menopause and
beyond whilst maintaining optimal health and strength.

As cyclical beings our energy levels and hormones change throughout
the month and these classes are designed to help you connect to your
own body's unique cycles and needs through a combination of
practices including :

  • Hatha yoga
  • Restorative yoga
  • Yinyoga
  • Pranayama
  • Mudra
  • Meditation
  • Yoga nidra

These classes will help to facilitate a balanced practice which will
support you physically, emotionally and spiritually

Caroline Cooper

200hr Registered Yoga Teacher

Hi, my name is Caroline and I'm a 200hr registered yoga teacher.
As a lifelong sufferer of anxiety I turned to yoga and was completely shocked by the positive effect the practice had on my mental health as well as my physical health. I very quickly knew I would like to become a yoga teacher so that I could share all the benefits with others.
My classes are designed to help mobilise and strengthen the body. whilst finding that inner calm and clarity we need in this stressful world.
I prefer to teach smaller groups which I find enables me to give more attention to each student and helps build confidence and trust.
I completely understand what it is like to feel feel daunted by a class setting (I've been there myself!) and I try to promote a caring and nurturing environment for students whilst keeping the atmosphere relaxed and even fun!
My classes are aimed at all abilities so beginners are always welcome, we all begin our journey somewhere and I look forward to sharing that journey with you.
