This is a fully personalised stress-busting treatment package that will target your top stressors and provide you with an empowering 6-part treatment plan. This will include practical stress coping and self-empowerment techniques and a range of relaxational therapies to help you feel more positive, relaxed and stress-free.

Sessions scheduled at your own pace. Minimum 1 session per month.
