Classes are led by Julie O'Callaghan, a qualified holistic therapist with a Diploma in Dru Yoga and further CPD certifications in Kids and Teen Yoga, Yin Yoga, Breathwork, Wellbeing Coaching, and Reiki.


What is Dru Yoga?

Dru Yoga is a Hatha-style practice that welcomes participants of all abilities, ages, and genders. Each session includes:

  • Activations to warm up the body and focus the mind.
  • Stretches to prepare for sequences incorporating various postures.
  • A calming relaxation or meditation to conclude, promoting mental clarity and physical well-being.


Classes emphasize practical strategies that can be applied both on and off the mat to support overall wellness.


Class Details

Tuesdays: 

    • 6:15 PM – 7:15 PM
    • 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM


Cost:

    • £8.50 per class (in-person, drop-in)
    • £7.00 per class (online, drop-in)
    • Discounted block bookings and monthly passes are also available (details below).

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: Provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice via text to reschedule or receive credit. Credits must be used within one week or within the block’s validation period.

Pricing Options:

    • Drop-in: £8.50 (in-person), £7.00 (online), valid for 1 week, non-refundable.
    • 4-Week Block: £30.00 (£7.50 per class), valid for 6 weeks, non-refundable.
    • 6-Week Block: £45.00 (£7.50 per class), valid for 8 weeks, non-refundable.
    • 2-Class Weekly Pass (Monthly): £55.00 (£6.87 per class), includes online and in-person, valid for 4 weeks.
    • 3-Class Weekly Pass (Monthly): £75.00 (£6.25 per class), includes online and in-person, valid for 4 weeks.

Welcome! I am a qualified holistic therapist with a passion for promoting balance and well-being through a range of complementary practices. My journey in holistic therapy began with earning a diploma in Dru Yoga, a gentle and inclusive Hatha-style yoga designed for all abilities, ages, and genders.

To further enrich my offerings, I have pursued continuing professional development (CPD) in:

  • Kids and Teen Yoga: Nurturing mindfulness, movement, and resilience in younger age groups.
