Hi, I’m Connor,
I help people move and feel better through movement.
Through teaching Yoga and Pilates I enjoy helping people improve mobility, strength and balance so they can continue doing the things they love.
I like spending time outdoors running, walking in the hills or swimming.
I am a big fan of coffee, Star Wars and reading and have climbed the tallest mountain in North Africa.
