This session works in three ways:
Aromatherapy
Specially selected oils are used throughout the treatment. These are chosen for their calming, decongestant, anti-inflammatory, and antihistamine-supporting properties.
Reflexology
Reflexology focuses on specific points on the feet that correspond to different systems in the body. During hayfever season, this can help support the immune system and encourage balance while easing sinus-related discomfort.
Facial Massage
