Reflexology is a complementary therapy which aims to release blockages in the body to regain a sense of balance. The feet act as maps of the rest of the body and by stimulating specific or all of the reflexes we aim to release potential blockages from the correlating body systems. I always incorporate a soothing foot massage and a guided breathing meditation to help my clients fully relax and feel at ease. Reflexology may help people who suffer from stress related anxiety, depression and want to support their physical and mental wellbeing. Reflexology also can be used for other areas such as supporting fertility, coping with chronic illnesses and during pregnancy.
Using my fingers and thumbs to apply pressure to the reflexes that are found on your hands and feet, I aim to help heal and balance your whole body. Reflexology brings the body in to a state of deep of relaxation. During this state of deep relaxation the body’s own healing processes are stimulated and the body is brought back into a state of balance. This allows the body to work more efficiently and effectively and can have many benefits.

Keeping myself up to date on all the latest therapies and techniques is a passion of mine, I love nothing more than attending a new course and learning new techniques. I’m a bit of a book worm too so I’m often found reading fabulous articles on the latest research.
