Who Runs Mind Your Weight?

At the helm of Mind Your Weight are two seasoned professionals dedicated to your well-being:

Jan Cooper - Nutritional Therapist: With a wealth of knowledge in nutrition, Jan Cooper brings a scientific and personalized approach to guide you through the intricacies of a balanced diet.

Sally Race - Hypnotherapist/Psychotherapist: Specializing in the psychological aspects of weight management, Sally Race employs hypnotherapy and psychotherapy to help you retrain your mind for healthier food choices.


Together, Jan and Sally combine their expertise to provide a holistic and effective weight loss experience.



We meet every Thursday at 6pm in The Studio at Acorn Natural Health Centre. We also send out a weekly email recap of what we did in class, so if you can't make it, you'll still benefit and be able able to take part in the learning..
